The Homes

Unlike traditional apartments, which can be two stories or more, Avilla Homes have a residential scale that fits well with neighboring single-family homes. Avilla features attractive, single-story, single-family, detached homes with open and spacious floor plans, high 10” ceilings, high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, hard surface floors, granite/quartz countertops, full-size washer and dryer, and lots of natural light.

Avilla homes are energy efficient and also feature individual entrances, private backyards and each neighborhood has a distinctive architectural style that compliments the local community. Residents are encouraged to customize their yards with additional landscapes, patio furniture, grills or even small gardens.

Avilla neighborhoods have a mix of three home floor plans:

  • One bedroom/one bath
  • Two bedroom/two bath
  • Three bedroom/two bath

The one-bedroom homes are built in a duplex style, with a common wall between the living rooms. The two- and three-bedroom homes are completely detached.

Avilla Homes delivers stability, privacy, high-end quality and exceptional service to customers, without the financial burdens of a mortgage or home maintenance. All Avilla communities are maintained by a professional management company, which provides residents the luxury of maintenance-free living. 

Home maintenance is managed by the Avilla Customer Care team staffed by MEB Management Services and Roscoe Properties. Resident to not have the hassles of addressing any home maintenance issues – from changing a lightbulb in the 10-foot ceilings, to dealing with appliances or HVAC in need of repair. While Avilla living includes fully-integrated maintenance and professional property management, there are no HOA fees.
