A local business owner is going into her third year running Scraps on Scraps to promote a city-wide compost effort. The business is a compost collection service that works with Tucson residents to send their kitchen scraps to farms, rather than a landfill. The subscription gives people buckets and lids to store their kitchen scraps that will be picked up once, or twice a month. To find out more of the new business, view the full Scraps on Scraps story.
